Mango Lassi

A creamy, tangy yogurt-based drink blended with mangoes that's perfect for the coming warm months.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup mango pulp we used canned pulp for convenience
  • ½ cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • pinch of saffron
  • pinch of salt
  • sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Add a little more milk for a thinner consistency, if needed. Chill the lassi for at least thirty minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
